สำรวจผลงานล่าสุด ↓The multicentre survey analysed 604 patients from 25 Thai hospitals between December 2023 and March 2024. SSRIs accounted for 70.2% of prescriptions, followed by TCAs at 13.9% and trazodone at 12.7%. The most common diagnoses were depressive disorders (55.0%), substance use disorders (15.2%) and psychotic disorders (13.7%). Clinicians cited limited availability (21.9%), reimbursement arrangements (36.3%) and patient finances (33.9%) as prescribing constraints.

Eighty-eight Standard- or Southern-Thai-speaking undergraduates received structured pronunciation training and showed improved short-vowel perception, production and confidence from pre to post.
A survey of 630 people across five Health Region 10 provinces plus 50 interviews found communication had the strongest SEM association (β=0.705), knowledge β=0.022, with 49.23% variance explained.
A mixed-method quasi-experimental pre-post program across eight Krabi districts found improvements in planning, directing and leading and identified access and workforce mismatches through spatial and network analysis.
A cross-sectional survey of 555 undergraduates in Thailand's Health Region 10 found self-reported e-cigarette use in 12.25%. Social, environmental and risky-health-behaviour factors were associated with higher odds of vaping, while a higher GPA was associated with lower odds. The findings identify prevention contexts but do not establish causation.
Among 380 older adults surveyed in Lat Yai, 14.21% had at least mild depressive symptoms, and stronger family relationships were negatively correlated with depression scores. The team linked survey findings to village-level service registers to support outreach planning, explicitly not to estimate village depression prevalence or risk.
A self-efficacy-based health-promotion programme for 33 foreign retirees reported post-programme gains in knowledge, self-care and several physiological measures. It combined education, prevention, spirituality and nutrition while proposing GIS-supported service planning. A one-group pre-post design cannot isolate programme effects from time, medication or usual care.
Researchers developed a spatial communication system covering four wellness attractions and two routes in Bang Kobua. Five IT experts and 411 tourists rated system quality, perceived effectiveness and acceptance highly. These results support usability and acceptance, not demonstrated stress reduction or health benefit.
A survey of 714 Thai adults recruited through a telehealth platform and community volunteers found 65.41% without loneliness, while the model explained 27% of variation. Age, sex, gender identity, marital and employment status and geography were associated with loneliness, but recruitment does not support a nationally representative prevalence estimate.
A balanced panel of ten ASEAN countries from 2000-2020 was analysed with structural equation modelling to connect institutional quality, energy transition and population health/development. Large coefficients and mediation were reported, but negative signs and near-unit magnitudes require careful attention to variable coding and model specification.
A survey of 460 consumers linked business management, customer behaviour and experiential marketing positively with purchase intention for Sukhothai handwoven textiles. Experiential marketing emerged as a key pathway and informed seven recommendations, but convenience sampling and intention measures do not demonstrate actual purchases or community income.
Interviews with 30 migrant seafood-processing workers and five migrant health volunteers described a sequential care pathway: self-treatment, trusted contacts, alternatives and eventually biomedical care. Income insecurity, unstable work and lost time delayed formal care, while volunteers bridged language, cultural and trust gaps.
