สำรวจผลงานล่าสุด ↓This study linked national policy, hospital systems, and provider behaviour in Indonesia, Nepal, Thailand, and Viet Nam during 2022–2023. It included 486 participants across 16 hospitals. All countries had antimicrobial-stewardship policies, but financing, enforcement, training, microbiology-data use, and inter-programme coordination were uneven. Hospitals averaged 72% on G-ASET, with tracking and reporting highest at 75% and training lowest at 66%. The two Thai hospitals scored 81.3% and 80.6% overall, yet both scored only 50% for training. These results identify actionable system gaps; they do not experimentally show that any intervention reduced antibiotic use, resistance, or mortality.

The paper proposes an inter-laboratory playbook for calibrating widely available standards against scarce reference material issued by a global authority such as WHO. This taxonomic treatment validates Thaipotamon songkhwae as a new freshwater-crab species from Wat Bot District, Phitsanulok. It designates type specimens and diagnoses carapace and male gonopod characters that distinguish the species. The previously circulated name Thaipotamon phitsanulok did not meet ICZN requirements and was therefore unavailable.
This treatment validates Thaipotamon nandidarbhai as a new freshwater-crab species from Sung Men District, Phrae. A holotype is designated and diagnostic carapace, surface, and strongly curved male gonopod characters are documented. Earlier names used in Thai reports and media lacked ICZN requirements, and the new treatment regularises the nomenclature.
The study identified 27 barriers to biofuel adoption through literature review and expert consultation, grouped them into six categories, and applied fuzzy DEMATEL to rank them and map cause–effect relationships. Awareness among respondents was relatively low, while interest in cultural board games was high. This mechanistic study combines a mouse model with rodent and human cardiomyocyte platforms to characterize trametinib cardiotoxicity. Mice developed contractile dysfunction within three days and heart failure within two weeks. Trametinib impaired mitochondrial respiration and electron-transport activity, promoted release of mitochondrial danger signals including mtDNA, and activated innate immune pathways such as cGAS-STING. A phosphomimetic STAT3-S727 construct reversed the respiratory lesion in cell models.
Thirty purposively selected volunteers interested in cannabis-based care were assigned to three groups of ten and consumed drip tea containing 3%, 5% or 7% cannabis leaf nightly for one week. Happiness scores increased from baseline, with the 7% formulation producing the highest score. Because the study was small, non-randomized and lacked a placebo or non-cannabis control, it cannot establish efficacy or safety.
The study combines weighted degree, clustering, path length, degree-distribution entropy and Shannon entropy into a normalized communication index. A 30-day TikTok public-service campaign yielded 788 valid nodes and 1,179 interactions. The reported propagation index was 0.684, coupling degree 0.742 and final communication score 0.711, interpreted as high structural-information synergy.
Data from 383 frontline employees in Saudi eco-resorts were analyzed with structural equation modeling. Cognitive rumination partially mediated links between emotional-labor strategies and interpersonal counterproductive behavior. Despotic leadership strengthened the adverse association of surface and deep acting with rumination and weakened the protective role of genuine emotional expression.
A cross-sectional survey of 3,127 postpartum women in 32 hospitals across Argentina, Burkina Faso, Thailand and Viet Nam analyzed open-ended views of birth modes. Vaginal birth was most often valued for faster recovery and shorter stay (85.7%) and better mobility (55.7%). Caesarean section was commonly framed as avoiding labor pain (49.2%), emergency caesarean (26%) or instrumental birth (22.4%), rather than for intrinsic benefits.
